\r\n  由於個性較為安靜，因此他的廣告作品一般比較沈穩，對細節的掌握也讓影片透著細膩質感。他慣用構圖與光影來營造影像魅力，運鏡與剪輯來講述故事，至於三維動畫與實拍影像的精密合成，他也能穩穩把握住。
\r\n  洪維志知道每條廣告影片都是對消費者的溝通，所以他總希望能在影像魅力與客戶需求之間達成完美的平衡。作為導演，他會先去細心聆聽客戶的需求，再重新推敲構成影片的要素，最終以自己獨特的視角去創造有效的電視廣告。
